About Cold Coffee Writer

What does cold coffee have to do with writing? Simply this. I often sit down to write with a cup of steaming hot coffee (dark roast Sumatra from Starbucks is a favorite); but then I get lost in the words as they land and rearrange and get edited on and off the page. By the time I take a sip, the coffee is cold. Quite cold. Very cold. I’ve learned not to mind.

Having served my time working half a century in various circuses—the arts, museums, churches and parenthood—retirement gifts me with time to ponder, rant and write these random revelations. I welcome your comments in response.
